| Retail & Wholesale Sites Our basic pricing reflects the set-up within an existing retail web site. A Wholesale or Agent site can be generated in parallel providing restricted access and account-specific information such as discount schedule, payables calendar and credit margin balance. This "additional site" will streamline your operations management and increase your Return-On-Investment.
Our state-of-the-art secure shopping system is transparent, customized to meet your specific needs, and is integrated to your current site. It essentially converts your site into a fully automated SECURE WEB COMMERCE CENTER. As the customer selects items to purchase, the system generates an ORDER FORM which includes the capture of ID, shipping destination/mode/cost and applicable taxes. A confirmation of the completed order is automatically emailed to the customer while an encrypted "ship" order is emailed to the Fulfillment Center.
Credit Card payments are authorized in Real-Time, On-Line and then deposited directly into your merchant account. (Soon avaailable) Electronic Check processing (US accounts) revenues will be deposited directly into your account via an Electronic Funds Transfer. Once the order has been "paid", it is released via email to the fulfillment center for immediate shipping. This process saves you from lost time and revenues.
If your customers prefer to submit their order by fax, our shopping system will direct them to fill-out the on-screen order form, then print and fax it to the Fulfillment Center. As with the automated Real-Time, On-Line Credit Card Processing, fax orders revenues are directly credited to your merchant account.
For customers wishing to speak to a "live operator" because they have questions or to provide their credit card number, our shopping cart will prompt them to fill out the on-screen order form before calling the 24 hour toll-free number. The Call Center operator will request the customer's order reference number and complete the transaction. Our Operators will also process all your other inbound 800 calls. If you already have a Call Center, the pending orders will be emailed directly to your operators.
Our shopping system will prompt your customers to fill out the on-screen order form before printing it and mailing it to the Fulfillment Center with their check or money order (US accounts). Your customers will receive an email confirmation of their order/reference number. Upon receipt, our Fulfillment Center will deposit the funds directly into your bank account and ship the product.
All transaction data is consolidated into a master report, the customer inventory and financial databases are automatically updated and emailed to you on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. This allows for sales tracking and low inventory "Alerts". The tracking of order origination is built right into the monthly report structure. This lets you determine the volume and cost-of-sale for internet orders as well as other sources such as your direct mail campaigns and advertising in various media. The Fulfillment Center generates monthly billing reports, from the integrated orders database. This information is made available in hard as well as soft formats for easy upload into your own accounting and contact databases. Transaction reports are automatically emailed to you.
Based on your sales statistics, all you need to do is regularly ship sufficient inventory to the Fulfillment center. Its that simple. Should there be a peak demand depleting inventory to the minimum reorder levels, you will immediately be notified thus avoiding lost sales and incremental back-order processing costs.
