Your Secure Shopping System

Our state-of-the-art Secure Shopping System is transparent, customized to meet your specific needs, and is integrated to your current site. It essentially converts your site into a automated SECURE WEB COMMERCE CENTER.

As the customer selects items to purchase, the SSS generates an ORDER FORM which includes the capture of ID, shipping destination/mode/cost and applicable taxes. A confirmation of the completed order is automatically emailed to the customer while an encrypted "ship" order is emailed to you/your Fulfillment Center.

Credit Cards & Checks

Credit Card and Electronic Check payments are securely accepted On-Line. A confirmation is emailed to customer while data is encrypted & emailed to merchant and/or your fulfillment center.

To process the orders, you simply:

1. Decrypt the email. (see PGP Encryption link in our AutoQuoter for pricing),

2. Process credit cards and deposit funds into your account,

3. Print the Electronic Checks and deposit into your account.

Fax Orders

If customers prefer to submit their order by fax, our SSS will direct them to fill-out the on-screen order form, then print and fax it to your office or Fulfillment Center.

You deposit fax order revenues directly into your merchant account.

The order information can be reconciled by your Fulfillment Center with all other orders (1-800 calls, checks, and money orders by mail) and then integrated to your customer, inventory and financial databases.

1-800 Orders

For customers wishing to speak to a "live operator" to provide their credit card number, our SSS will prompt them to fill out the on-screen order form before calling your number.

You/your operator will request the customer's order reference number and complete the transaction. You then ship the product.

Orders by mail

Our SSS will prompt your customers to fill out the on-screen order form before printing and mailing it to you/your Fulfillment Center with their check/money order. Your customers will receive an email confirmation of their order/reference number.

Inventory Supply

Should there be a peak demand depleting inventory to the minimum reorder levels, you would immediately be notified thus avoiding lost sales and incremental back-order processing costs.
